Lady Gaga’s Born This Way nails…

… were designed by Aya Fukuda, make-up and nail artist born in Japan, based in New York, currently doing her magic for Hair Room Service by Michael Dueñas.

Gaga wanted long and pointy almond shaped nail tips. And inspired by her “eccentric, yet glamorous style”, Aya “incorporated Swarovski crystals and jet color and silver metal, with a vibrant red and black polish from Priti NYC“.

For Aya, designing nails for Gaga “is really fun and truly a piece of art”.

And I’ve got some great news for those lucky of you who live in or plan to travel to Nyw York: Aya Fukuda is “excited to now share this art with the rest of NYC by providing house calls throughout the city”.

Oh yes, now you can have your nails glamorized and pampered directly from Aya herself in the comfort of your home, hotel or place of business.
