White House Staff Ball: Lady Gaga in Versace

Lady Gaga performed at the White House Staff Ball on Tuesday, to celebrate US President Barack Obama’s re-election to a second term in office.

She took to her glossy aerodynamic spaceship like piano to perform “Born This Way”, “The Edge of Glory” and “You And I”.  And together with her “handsome date” Tony Bennett, delivered a stunning version of “The Lady Is a Tramp” .

The otherworldly ivory couture creation with fitted, long sleeve drop waist leather bodice featuring cutout lace-up panels with nude latex underlay, and layered, tiny ball and crystal-embellished tulle skirt, was custom made for Gaga and the once-in-a-lifetime night, by Versace.

The gown was adorned with four sphere clusters made of crystals and balls in different sizes, the biggest one resembling mini ball cameras (just an observation, no official word about the bespoke piece has been released yet).
