Lady Gaga was captured outside her hotel in NYC last month, heading to the hospital.
Her dress with fitted lace-up front corset bodice, emerald off shoulder balloon sleeves and matching tiered ruffle skirt, is an 80′s Yves Saint Laurent vintage treasure from Resurrection Vintage❣
