Short after she tweeted: “PARAGUAY!! I’m coming down in a moment to say hello to you at hotel don’t worry!!” yesterday, Gaga actually came down to spend some time with her fans waiting outside the hotel.
She wore structured midnight blue sheer top with stand-up seam shoulder detail and yellow flared skirt.
The Snow White accessorized the look with oversized bow, Lanvin sunnies, vintage ruby clip-ons, Chanel cuff, black patent belt and eye catching red Patent Loafer Pumps by Versace.
Featuring platform sole, chunky solid 5.1″ heels and golden Medusa embellishment, these killer babies are available in red and midnight blue at Versace e-Boutique, and in black at Farfetch.

The white almond toe platform pumps with sculpted silver heel, Gaga wore with her Alexander McQueen Dress in London, are “Kimi” by Crisian & McCaffrey.
Crisian & McCaffrey luxury footwear is designed and carved by Crisian and Nareesha, the designer duo behind the London based label, and every step from pattern cutting to the last stitches on the shoes is closely monitored by them in Italy where the shoes are handcrafted by skilled shoe makers with a rich cordwaining heritage. Each piece features a signature screw embellishment on the sole.
The SS12 collection, Gaga’s “Kimi” Platforms belong to, was exclusive to Harvey Nichols.

Last evening, Lady Gaga stopped by the Versace Soho Boutique Store Opening After Party to support her dear friend Donatella Versace.
Gaga donned black long-sleeve cropped top, with what I believe is Azzedine Alaïa Black Velvet Cicrle Skirt and black fur Marni Fall 2012 jacket with wide leather belt.
She accessorized the look with fur hat and gorgeous Marni Mary Jane Patent Pumps.
Her patent leather almond toe babies with suede platform, matching wide Mary Jane strap with golden buckle and red patent leather covered structured heel, seen on Marni Fall 2012 runway, are available at Farfetch, Neiman Marcus, Saks and Bergdorf Goodman!

To celebrate the launch of her debut fragrance, Gaga visited the iconic Harrods store in London.
Last evening, she arrived in a fairytale carriage…
… and walked the black carpet, wearing elegant sleeveless curve hugging Azzedine Alaïa fishtail dress, accessorized with show-stopping custom made gold jewelry by Mordekai and the fifth pair of bespoke “FAME” shoes – amazing custom made platform booties by Brian Atwood.
Gaga changed three times last night. Check back in a while to see her second black dress and custom made mask!
